What about control?

Our billing service is customized to meet the specific needs of your business. You control what day the bills go out, the layout of the bills, time and expense adjustments, etc. We work with you to get you what you want.

Is my information kept confidential and secure?

We strive to ensure that your client billing information is kept in strict confidence by using cross-cut shredders on all documentation that is not returned to your office. Billing information is backed up to an alternate media source nightly to ensure that there will be no disruptions to your billing cycle due to computer outages.

What about my accounts payable?

We can provide accounts payable services in addition to our billing services. This service is customized to your firm’s specific needs. Our service is compatible with all major credit card processing services. We also integrate easily with psbill ach check processing for online/over the phone check payments.

What if we already have an accountant or CPA?

We will work with your accountant or CPA to provide them information as needed.

What about billing questions from my clients?

You may provide our phone number, email, and fax number to your clients so that we can answer their questions and get them copies of their bills any time of the day, 7 days a week.

What about reports for court?

We will provide reports for court or any other purpose on an as-needed basis.

What will it cost?

The exact monthly fixed fee depends on the services your firm requires, but it averages considerably less then the monthly salary of a fulltime employee. The actual fixed fee is based on the number of timekeepers, number of billing transactions, and any additional services requested.

How will this service save me money?

This service will save you money by:
  • Replacing an employee, therefore cutting the cost of payroll, benefits, office space, etc.
  • Accurately preparing statements, thus reducing the time you spend on billing questions
  • Eliminating the need to train billing clerks
  • Eliminating the time it would take for you to manage a billing clerk

What if I don’t want to change?

Don’t look at the change as a negative. Instead, look at all of the work you won’t have to do anymore. Look at all of the business you can generate with your time instead of spending that time on billing matters. Look at how much happier and stress free your staff will be when they don’t have to worry about the recurring subscriptions and billing anymore. There are many positives that can come out of this change.
